This Apprenticeship is aimed at people with an interest in working with young people ages 3- 16 years and those who want to work or are already working with children and/or young people in a Playwork setting. This also includes primary care settings (although learners may be looking after children), in an educational setting or an activity-based club schools or crèches.
Name: Play Work Advanced Apprenticeship Qualification title: Diploma in Playwork (NVQ) (QCF) Qualification type: Assessment You will be appointed a personal Training advisor who will visit you in the workplace to assess progress on portfolio development and conduct observation sessions. .Progress will be recorded at each visit. You will attend off the job training at CWT to learn about the industry, develop your knowledge of Playwork through discussions and group activities. Start dates are available throughout the year.
