This course is to give students a basic understanding of Lip Reading to help them feel less isolated in work and social situations to help gain confidence in trying to lip read things they might not hear well.The aim at the end of the course is that the student will be able to see differences in Lip shapes of various consonants understand some of the lip-reading difficulties that face you as a person with hearing loss have an understanding of finger spelling and see some difference in some of the vowel lip shape
