Archaeology, A Level

UPDATED 20161012 15:06:51

Archaeology is the study of the human past through the physical evidence that people left behind. As it is about humans it does not involve the study of fossils or dinosaurs. Although archaeologists can study many different societies, we focus on Prehistoric Britain and Europe, looking at famous sites such as Stonehenge and Hadrian's Wall, as well as less well known sites.
