A Level Psychology is the study of influences on human behaviour. This includes units in social influences, memory, attachment, and psychopathology. Students will learn about research methods and how research studies are conducted. Students need the ability to remember details, to be critical of research and suggest solutions. The ability to write detailed, evaluative short essay answers and be organised and meet deadlines is required. Students need to be curious, question, explore and examine human behaviour in detail. They will learn to think about things from different points of view and discuss wide ranging issues.
