Food A Level includes study of Society and Health, Resource Management, Healthy Diets for specific audiences and Nutrition and Food production. Students should have an interest in food and diet, have good practical food preparation skills. They will develop an analytical mind, be interested in society and what effects it, be willing to read newspapers, magazines and watch current affairs programmes to widen knowledge of the subject.
