WHY STUDY THEATRE STUDIES? Students will study drama and theatre in an academic setting. They will interrogate this art form, applying their knowledge and understanding to the process of creating and developing drama and theatre, as well as in their own performance work. Students will explore a number of different plays and styles of theatre as well as being able to devise an original piece of theatre. The creative and reflective nature of the course allows students to develop skills to take into various professions such as acting, design, media, creative writing and social work.
