The course is equivalent to 3 A-levels and would set pupils up to pursue a career in sport for example teaching, sports coach, fitness instructor and Physiotherapy as well as many others. The course consists of One examined Unit in anatomy and physiology and other units such as fitness testing, sports psychology, sports leadership, fitness training as well as analysing sports performance.
