This course will show you how you can start off the study of Genealogy. It is a fascinating topic which brings great personal rewards as you piece together the personal jigsaw of your family tree. You will be able to use the internet with the tutor's guidance on where to look and what to do. You will be able to do individual research in your own time so it will be beneficial to have access to a computer with internet connection. Hopefully you will be able to trace your family tree through the generations. A College Certificate will be awarded on request.The course is taught through practical sessions.Students can progress to further study of older and/or more obscure records.
