At level 2, students will reconfigure system variables, draw and edit with accuracy, and work on tutor led tasks. The class is practically orientated with additional online support. The qualification is the City & Guilds 4353 level 2 CAD. The course is taught using AutoCAD 2007; the students are issued with a work logbook in order to record progress. Assessment consists of 1 online theory paper, and 2 classroom based practical assignments. 2D CAD skills including: using commands to produce shapes, hatching, modifying and hard copies.The course is taught using AutoCAD 2007; the students are issued with a work logbook in order to record progress.
