The completion of the Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management and the L4 Diploma in Principles of Hospitality Management. The mandatory units include: ?Manage the performance of teams and individuals. ?Work as part of a hospitality management team to achieve strategic goals. ?Manage compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements in hospitality. ?Manage own professional development within an organisation.Once you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.It is expected that apprentices will have significant experience of working at a supervisory level, to ensure that they have the necessary requirements on which to further build their knowledge, experience and skills.
