Advanced Apprenticeship in Computer Science

The course lasts for 12 months, during this time you will attend Eastleigh College one day per week and attend work and receive on the job training from your employer for 4 days per week. You will achieve the OCR Level 3 Cambridge Technical Certificate in IT as well as a Level 3 Diploma in an IT subject applicable to your place of work.This course is delivered both in the workplace and within college. Taught sessions are delivered within the college through day-release, and professional competencies are assessed within the workplace by Eastleigh College staff.Progression routes include first and second-line support roles in the IT industry, as well as roles within networking or telecoms.
