To assist in the development of the spoken language we are fortunate to have the services of native-speaking language assistants. We also encourage students to get involved with language clubs and lesson support in the lower school.
Name: German Qualification title: AQA German 7662 Qualification type: GCE A/AS Level or equivalent Assessment The A level qualification comprises of 3 parts: Paper 1 is a listening, reading and writing examination, with translation into English and German. This contributes 40% towards the A level grade. Paper 2 which is a written examinations and contributes 30% towards the A level grade.
