The course comprises four units: Social development in Germany including nature and the environment, education and the world of work Political and artistic culture within the German speaking world including music, media, festivals and traditions Immigration and the multi-cultural German society including the effects of immigration and integration The reunification of German including society in East Germany before reunification, reunification itself and Germany since reunification You will have the opportunity to work with the Foreign Languages Assistant to support your learning and to develop your speaking skills
