This is a 2 year course. It will be taught predominantly in the target language with particular emphasis on developing confidence and a high level of competency in spoken Spanish. You will also learn advanced presentation skills in order to showcase an individual research project you will prepare. You will learn advanced listening, reading and writing skills as well as how to translate competently from one language to the other. Topic areas covered will be as follows:Aspects of Hispanic society, multiculturalism, artistic culture and aspects opf political life, Film studies/Literature. Advanced Spanish grammar to develop fluency in written and spoken Spanish and to build a high level of competency in translating and interpreting.
