This A Level comprises in two courses: AS (1 year) and A2 (1 year) . You will become an effective communicator, with well-informed opinions of the contemporary society, cultural background and heritage of one or more Chinese-language countries or communities. The course will be taught predominantly in the target language with particular emphasis on the understanding of Chinese in a variety of contexts and genres. You will develop confidence and a high level of competency in spoken and written Chinese. Topics include:Food, diet and health, Transport, travel and tourism, Leisure, youth interests and Chinese festivals and teh environment.
