This Programme will be offered at times throughout the academic year which runs from September 2014 to July 2015. To register your interest please contact Support Services: Broadstairs - 01843605062 (or email supportservices.broadstairs@eastkent.ac.uk) This is a distance learning programme for learning and development staff whose role requires competence across a range of responsibilities. Learners will be involved in the organisation, design, delivery and quality assurance of training. Learners will work towards: Combined qualification: Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development (QCF). Literacy/Numeracy/ICT: Fulfilled by completion of Maths, English and ICT at an appropriate level. ERR: Employment Rights and Responsibilities. PLTS: Personal Learning and Thinking Skills. All qualification elements must be achieved to complete the apprenticeship framework. There are a number of mandatory units in the workplace to be completed. Apprentices will also be required to study a number of optional units linked to specific industry requirements. The learner is expected to take ownership of their award. Full support will be given recognising differentiation in its entirety.
