You'll learn the art of preparing and cooking confectionary and patisserie products to exceptionally high standards. Working alongside our industry experienced Chefs you will gain a nationally recognised qualification which has been the starting point for some of the UK's top Chefs. You can look forward to being part of entrepreneurial developments such as our new produce brand, Viking Bay Fine Foods, and take part in master classes where Michelin-starred and locally renowned Chefs share their expertise. This Study Programme will include English and Maths at an appropriate level, and it will support the development of skills towards employability and suitability to progress onto the next level of study.
