A LEVEL CLASSICAL CIVILISATION

The course involves the simultaneous study of classical art, history, literature and philosophy. Students will only be judged on the performance of written examinations at the end of the two years. The topics will include the epic poems of Homer and Virgil where storytelling begun, famed Greek plays to add to the drama of the period, the study of the majestic and awe inspiring Ancient Greek and Roman art and architecture as well as their aspects from their key philosophy and wisdoms. .
