This course give opportunities to people with additional learning needs, such a learning disabilities and/or difficulties, sensory impairment and mental health problems. You will use a number of cooking methods to produce various dishes which take into account nutritional value and costs. You will need to observe health and safety rules whilst you develop the confidence to progress to more advanced dishes. You will learn how to work with others to get things done and look at how you interact with others.
