Cook: Home Cooked Favourites

This course is for complete beginners. If you have previous experience or knowledge of this subject, a more advanced course may be more appropriate. You cannot enrol for this course online, you will have to contact one of our centres. This course will equip you with the skills to prepare and cook a range of home cooked meals. These will include Shepherd's Pie, Chicken and Mushroom Casserole, Cauliflower Cheese and a traditional Sunday Roast. The tutor will demonstrate and then provide guidance throughout.
