This course is for adults of any age who live, temporarily or permanently, in this country and do not have English as a first language. This course will help you with your everyday English.This is a 10 week course. At the end of the course you will take an Entry Level 1 ESOL Reading exam. The lessons will be 2 ¾ hours on two days a week. Courses will not run on Bank Holidays or Staff Development days.

If the College cancels your course, the fees you paid will be refunded. If you cancel your course, you will get a refund but you will have to pay an administration fee. If you get Jobseeker's Allowance or Employment Support Allowance (Work Related Activity Group only), Universal Credit (because of unemployment and are mandated to undertake skills training) or another state benefit and are currently unemployed, you may be eligible to full fee remission for this course.
