Jewellery - Make a Copper Bangle

This one-day workshop is an introduction to jewellery making. Students will learn some of the basic skills needed to enable them to make a copper bangle using a variety of techniques and materials. The workshop is ideal for those who are keen to create jewellery either for themselves or as a gift. Beginners should be able to make a plain or textured bangle or cuff during the workshop. Depending on the level of experience and the time available, it may be possible to set a cabochon stone during the workshop. Learners will be taught the basic skills of sawing, filing, soldering, polishing and some texturing processes whilst making a copper bangle.
