A short taster course to look at painting rivers and reflections in the studio. Working from photographs or similar we will look at composition, colour, measurement, tone and different methods for depicting reflections in river scenes. You will gain some confidence in using painting materials and review work through group discussion and one to one support. The overall aim is to help you develop techniques and methods on how to develop and complete a painting of a river with reflections of trees or other foliage. This could be used in addition to another longer painting course.
