Drawing & Painting - Exploring Colour

Workshop will establish a few basic methods of painting through the use of sketchbooks, photographs and found images. You will learn to mix a colour wheel and understand how to use complimentary colour. You will also practice these skills in completing a simple landscape painting. You will gain confidence in using painting materials and review work through group and one to one support. Overall aim is to help you develop techniques and methods on how to mix colour and to encourage you to join a longer course in order to develop further.
