This Entry level course will cover the following topics:1) Computer Basics - learning about basic computer jargon & terminology, how to use the computer and gaining those mouse and keyboard skills.2) Introduction To The Desktop - understand the Desktop set-up and how to use the icons, learn how to move around within a Windows environment, create folders for your work and save your files to a USB Memory Stick/Flash Drive. 3) Introduction Microsoft Office, learn how to type in text, apply simple text formatting, use copy, cut and paste to edit and move text within a document/workbook/presentation, save and print your work. 4) The World Wide Web - learn about the Internet and how to search for specific information, download and print results. 5) E-Mail - learn how to compose and send a message, open a message and send a reply, set up an address book and stay safe online.
