Level 3 GCE A Level in Business Studies-Ideally you will be achieving at least 5 A*-C grades at GCSE (or equivalent). This should include GCSE Maths and English. What is business? What do we mean by a 'business'? What are managers? What is leadership? And how are decisions made? On this course you'll examine the process and role of decision making, which is all designed to improve performance of the marketing, operational, financial, and human resource functions of a business. Then onto the strategic position of a business, and ways of choosing a strategic direction and finally how all these are implemented, managed and controlled. All of the above is studied through the constant use of real life and up to date examples.-1 year-Additional Information
