Biology is the study of living things, the human body and the world around us. In this course, you will learn about human anatomy and disease, cell biology, genetics and genetic engineering, and the plant world. You will be given lots of experience of up-to-date biological techniques, including DNA fingerprinting, dissection and genetic engineering of bacteria.This course will enable you to progress to study scientific or medical subjects at University or enter a science-based profession.
