This qualification furthers practical knowledge and skills in the areas of automotive maintenance and vehicle electrical maintenance. Units studied range from Chassis and Transmission Systems to Auxiliary Electrical System Faults and Engine Fault diagnosis. Part time work in the motor trade would be an advantage but not essential.
