The course introduces the learner to budgeting, resources, volunteers, health and safety. Delivered through a range of group orientated exercises, the learners will investigate the following: Budgeting and resources, including materials and equipment. Consider the volunteer, the pros and cons of involving a volunteer and being a volunteer. Health and safety including how to conduct a risk assessment prior to facilitating a project or workshop.
