The course introduces the learner to the Facilitation Skills needed to deliver a community arts workshop with groups. Delivered through a range of group orientated exercises, the learners will investigate the following: The definition, including role of the Facilitator and Facilitation. Facilitation Methods and Techniques. Communication and Barriers to Communication. Individual Preferred Learning Styles. Room Layouts.
