The retail market is highly competitive and every retailer depends on their staff to provide the best experience for repeat custom and profitability. This apprenticeship accommodates all types of retail from the multi-chain outlets to the independent store in many industries, including home ware, supermarkets, fashion retailer to specialist shops and provides the opportunity to develop knowledge and understanding. There are six mandatory units and a choice of 72 optional units enabling the apprentice to choose the units aligned with their job role, aspirations and the business needs.
