Excellent customer service is paramount to the success of any business to ensure the consumer has an excellent experience and repeat further transactions. This level 2 apprenticeship is designed for those who are starting out in a customer facing role and has been designed to provide the essential understanding, skills and handling of different scenarios. This qualification teaches essential skills required for your staff to provide high level customer service. During this apprenticeship individuals will develop an understanding of the skills required for the management of customer service operations whether that's by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints. A wide range of optional units are made available for the apprentice to select to suit a specific role or industry and business demands within reason. The customer service apprentice will acquire clear and up-to-date knowledge of your organisation's products and services and be able to communicate with a wide range of consumers. Duties will vary between sectors, but in most cases the apprentice will be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way.
