Business Administration Apprenticeship - Level 3

This advanced apprenticeship is aimed at people in a senior administrative role and focused on developing their supervisory and to operate at higher skill level of administration functions. Units may include time management skills, personal self development, information supply and research, information technology, the design of business documents and developing and maintaining office procedures. Business administration holds an important support role within any business or organisation. This apprenticeship will prepare the employee to work effectively in a wide range of administration roles including office manager and personal executive assistant. This qualification teaches advanced and essential skills required for your employees to provide continued high level administration services in all types and size of businesses. The employee will acquire a broad range of skills to work efficiently and to help increase business productivity effectively utilising their administration skills, customer-handling skills, technical and practical skills, oral communication skills and IT skills. This advanced apprenticeship is aimed at people in a senior administrative role.
