Preparation for Cambridge FCE (part-time) January start

This course is for non-native English speakers (EU and worldwide) who want to improve their English language skills and prepare for the Cambridge FCE exam. Preparation for Cambridge English (FCE) classes run for 4 hours per week on a Friday every term (48 hours in total) at our Soho Centre in the heart of London. Applicants should generally be at Level 1 (Upper Intermediate). The course will help you to develop your general English skills and prepare you for all five sections of the Cambridge FCE exam, with a particular focus on - Improving your reading, writing, speaking & listening skills, as well as your knowledge of English grammar - Developing your confidence to communicate in English in different situations (e.g. work, study, life in London) Teaching & Learning: You will study in small groups with other students who have the same level of English. At the college, our maximum class size is 24, but the average number of students in our Cambridge FCE preparation class is 18 and some classes are smaller. Our teachers are very experienced and they use the most up-to-date materials and a variety of approaches to make sure that your classes are interesting, motivating and effective. Classes include group, pair and computer-based activities. The Soho centre has a fully equipped Learning Centre, which students are encouraged to use.
