The CIPD Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) Level 5 is designed for HR professionals who wish to develop their career and attain an industry-recognised qualification. The DHRM is made up of 4 compulsory units: - Managing & coordinating the HR function - Developing Professional Practice - Business issues & the context of HR - Using Information in HR and five additional units: - Employment law - Resource & talent planning - Improving organisational performance - Meeting organisational development needs - Developing coaching and mentoring within organisations By studying at this level you will develop a strategic view of HR and its importance as a business function, the ability to engage employees through reward and recognition, and expertise in different approaches to recruitment and retention.
