This course is suitable for those who would like to progress to a Higher Education course in Law. On this course you will study a range of modules including English Law, Freedoms under the law and Government and Politics. You will learn study skills such as note taking, essay writing, reading and research, preparation for exams and oral presentation. You will be supported throughout the course by a personal tutor who will also give you guidance in applying for Higher Education courses. Advanced Learning Loans: If you are aged 19 or over, from September you may be eligible to apply for a student loan, which is available to support learners undertaking advanced courses like Access to Higher Education. An Advanced Learning Loan can help you to pay the tuition fees charged by the College.
