Access to Higher Education Diploma: Health and Human Sciences Level 3

The course prepares you for a wide range of health related careers. It is similar in content to the Access Diploma for Nursing/Midwifery, but includes a greater variety of Science units, which upon successful completion could enable you progress to degree courses, including radiography, physiotherapy, speech therapy, paramedics, nutrition, community health and nursing. On the course you will learn study skills such as note taking, essay writing, reading and research, preparation for exams and oral presentation. You will be supported throughout the course by a personal tutor who will also give you guidance in applying for Higher Education courses.
