The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail Skills has two strands which focus on either Sales Professional or Management roles. The sales professional is aimed at experienced sales assistants who coach sales assistants and are involved in merchandising the sales area. The management pathway is suitable for those managing a team in a medium to large store or smaller areas in a medium to large organisation. Both are specifically designed to develop skills required by the retail industry. The apprenticeship includes functional skills Maths and English as well as advanced skills and knowledge of Retail.
