The Retail Apprenticeship frameworks at Levels 2 and 3 are designed to provide apprentices with the knowledge, skills and understanding they require to carry out their job role and to support their future progression within the sector. Intermediate Level apprentices will train as Sales Assistants, Customer Service Assistants and Stockroom Assistants as well as more specialist roles such as Beauty Consultants. Advanced Level apprentices will train in senior, specialist or multi-channel retail role e.g. Senior Sales Assistants, Craft Experts, Style Advisers, Visual Merchandise Supervisors, Team Leaders, Department or Store Managers,Content Editor, Buying Assistant, Marketing Assistant/Executive, Merchandising Assistant/Executive, Trading Assistant/Executive.
