Employability Study Programme - Pathway to Apprenticeship

As a Pathway learner you will explore the skills and qualities you need to enter the world of work. You will follow a line of study that is generic and which will give you a qualification in Employability, Maths and English and develop your personal and social skills. Running along side you will undertake work experience with a local employer and gain valuable skills in your choice of career. You will also have support to apply for Total People vacancies and meet the training advisers who work in the industries.
