The Operations and Quality Improvement Advanced Apprenticeship provides employers with a coherent industry-recognised programme based on proven tools and techniques that will improve business processes and the quality of products and/or services. It is designed to support employers by promoting a culture of effective team working whilst developing continuous improvement skills across the wider workforce. Inclusive of English, Maths, ICT qualifications Level 2. Programme duration is 18 months. Whilst the principle aims and objectives of the Operations and Quality Improvement Advanced Apprenticeship Framework are to develop a pool of talent across the UK to support manufacturing and engineering organisations in the Semta footprint (including their supply chains) this Framework could be relevant and suitable for other Sectors where it has been identified that businesses need to become more productive, efficient and competitive, often in global markets. This programme is inclusive of English, Maths & ICT Level 2 qualifications.
