If yes, then our new exciting Conservation, Wildlife, and Arboriculture course is for you and will provide you with the foundation you need for your future. This one year course will give you an introduction to countryside management and the knowledge required to manage habitats and wildlife and maintain plants. You will gain an understanding of the health and safety requirements of the industry, the importance of teamwork and complete work experience in the industry. You will choose a pathway to follow in more detail during the course: Tree Surgery You will learn the skills of chainsaw use and climbing, to allow entry into the field of woodland habitat management and tree surgery. Or Wildlife Conservation You will learn the skills of estate management and plant and animal husbandry. (Gunnersbury)
