Why AQA Geography? Studying Geography gives students the opportunity to travel the world via the classroom, learning about both natural and social sciences along the way. Geography is a diverse and engaging subject that covers issues relevant to our world today. A range of technologies is used for areas such as fieldwork which can be undertaken on any area of the specification content. The specification embraces contemporary Geography whilst retaining key elements of traditional Geography. The subject content follows an 'issues and impacts' approach throughout. It has a developmental structure which helps to facilitate progression through the course and beyond to link with the demands of higher level study.
