On this apprenticeship, you would earn as you learn gaining practical experience and knowledge in installing and maintaining refrigeration systems. You will be working for an employer, possibly as a refrigeration operative, installing, servicing and repairing refrigeration systems. You will be working most of the time getting hands on experience, and also attending college on a day release basis to improve your theoretical knowledge.
