A complete fitness class with a warm up, some stretching, cardiovascular exercises, mat or wall work to strengthen and shape waistline, legs and bottom, with a cool down. You don't have to be a dancer to enjoy this class. Suitable exercises for those who want to improve fitness levels whilst enjoying the rhythmic moves. Guaranteed to be fun!
