What are the overall aims of the course? This course is a FLEXIBLE learning course where you will receive the Health and Social Care Level 3 standards at your initial session, and then have 12 months from the initial registration to complete. The Course will consist of Direct Observations in the work place, Assignments, and Knowledge Based Questions, and Study Guidance. It is a competence based qualification that assesses students in the development of knowledge and skills relating to the health and social care workforce. There are both Mandatory and Optional Units which will need to make up to 58 credits to gain the qualification. Or other units that meet your job role.
