Modular skills training to newly arrived people seeking to work who have limited English. The programme will contain 12 different modules all designed to improve the confidence of people in the job searching process. Topics include, finding jobs, qualifications, use of public transport, pay and contracts, work etiquette, what employers look for, as well as soft skills training: positive communication, listening skills, body language, group interviews, pronunciation and vocabulary, relaxation techniques.
