The preparation and cooking of a wide range of Thai dishes. Demonstrate and practical tips from the chef, helping you develop confidence, enabling you to experiment with Thai Cuisine. Advice on food hygiene and Health and Safety. Safe working practices with kitchen equipment. A basic understanding of the safe use of knives. Explanation and demonstration of a variety of cooking methods. Advice on where to source the ingredients that you will need for the course. This is one of a range of international cookery courses being ran this academic year

Recipe booklet and methods for all the dishes you will prepare and cook. There will be questions, answers and discussions throughout the course. An evaluation form will be handed out at the end of the course that will give you the opportunity to give constructive feedback.
