This course is an introductory cake decorating course which covers the basics of decorating Easter cakes. The course covers : Basic piping skills, Covering and decorating with sugar paste, Covering and decorating with royal icing, Modelling with sugar paste and health and safety. This is part of a range of cake decoration courses running throughout the year

Jug, knife, teaspoon, teatowel, apron and icing sugar to the first session. A list of specialist equipment will be given on first session.
