AgeWell Watercolour Painting Beginners - Step 2

Following on from Step 1, this is a structured course with demonstrations of techniques and individual coaching.Learn to: Understand colour theory Mix colours Apply more advanced techniques using watercolours Understand composition Understand perspective You will use real life subjects and photographs to learn to observe shapes and colours and apply watercolour to achieve wonderful effects. This course offers an avenue for creative pursuits, improving your health and well being. The friendly classroom environment is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people. You will have completed a Step 1 course (or equivalent) and have a basic knowledge of the subject. You must also be over 60 and living alone. After completing Step 2, you will have gained some basic knowledge to enable you to continue your learning at Step 3.This and other courses at the next level may be offered by Skills & Learning or other local providers.
